Are you creative? I need help!?

So I'm making something for a neighbor from my daughter and I am NOT creative at all. I have glitter (red, blue, gold, silver, multi, pink and white--pink and white are really light though) i have little rhinestones, feathers, pipe cleaners, Purple and silver ribbon, markers, crayons, etc. What else can I do to make this thing not so BLAH? I don't wanna over kill it though. Right now it looks like crap! Thanks in advance.

(the multi colored stripe going around the edge is actually silver, but like a shimmery silver lol)
I forgot to mention hat Sophie is an older lady next door who is moving away. We're not real close with her but we get along and we liked her alot.

Aww it doesnt look that bad. I would outline the edges with feathers. That would look cool. You dont really need to add much more to it I think it looks fine.
