Fans and Blowers for Industrial Process Ventilation

Air conditioning can often become too large of an expense for industrial areas, but the good news is that an industrial fan can bring some much needed relief in this case. I have a Rheem Classic Plus A/C unit model #RHLA-HM4821JA. The fan of the inside unit won't turn off. Help?

The outside unit works fine but the fan on the inside unit only shuts off when I turn it off at the breaker. Also, my thermostat has a snowflake over the temperature which indicates something is frozen, but looking at the unit inside nothing was apparent.

Usually the snowflake on the thermostat means that the temperature setting is calling for the a/c to run.Make sure that the fan setting is on 'auto', and raise the room temp. setting higher and see if it shuts off. If not it's likely that contacts in the fan center have fused together. You will probably need a pro's help if this is the case.
