Which is a better screen printing kit?

I know Speedball is a good brand, so I wanted to start screen printing with a kit from them, and I found two on ebay:

I have no clue which one to choose. I really want the best option for a beginner who wants nice results. The kits don't seem all that different, and the seller isn't giving me a straight answer. I want to screen print on paper, wood, fabric, etc. Do either of these kits have the ability to screen print on dark fabrics? Do they contain everything I need to screen print, so I don't have to go out and buy more stuff?

They've both got everything you will need to learn the techniques. I would go for the cheaper one, see if you get on with screen printing, it takes a while to get good results, a fair amount of practice, a lot of wasted ink and paper
